Living Spaces

Step through the entrance to the airy and gorgeous great room. Here you’ll find the comfortable living room, gourmet kitchen, and a dining room with a large table. The living room has several plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped, and our concierge can arrange grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or a private chef.

Bedrooms

The 5 bedrooms in total at Palm Beach Villa are luxurious and quiet, with plush king-sized beds made of dark island teak. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house, and one is in its own bungalow, with a small kitchenette and dining area on its outdoor terrace.

Outdoor Features

The outdoor living spaces are perfect for entertaining. Host a cocktail soiree at sunset or a day with friends and family by the infinity pool. Or, fire up the gas grill for an island-style cookout. Relax on the outdoor sofa or daybed, or take a dip in the jacuzzi. Snorkel in the coral formations nearby, or take a short drive to St-Jean or Marigot Bay Beach.

Amenities

Villa Palm Beach comes with thoughtful amenities to make your stay perfect, including fast Wi-Fi, a wine cellar, U.S. satellite TV, and a gas grill. Complimentary sea kayaks (a single-seat and double-seat) and a paddleboard are also provided. A daily continental breakfast is also included, and during high season, turndown service, personal laundry, and complimentary soft drinks are complimentary.
